What you're buying, in plain words

1. What the review is

A personal, written review by Carlos Peña of one brand deal you have in hand: the brand's brief, your quote or rate card, and your public profiles. You get his notes on what he would charge, what he would ask the brand before replying, and what he would fix on your profile and numbers before the brand looks. It is delivered by email as written notes, sometimes with a short video.

2. What it is not

It is an opinion based on experience negotiating between brands and creators at Rift Agency since 2020. It is not a guarantee that the brand says yes, pays a specific amount, or replies at all. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not create an agency, management or representation relationship. Decisions about the deal are yours.

3. Timing

You receive the notes within 48 hours of the moment you send the form with the brief, your quote and your links. If anything essential is missing, the 48 hours start when you send it. If Carlos is unavailable for longer than that, you are told before you pay or refunded in full.

4. Payment and refunds

The review is prepaid, $197 USD, through Stripe. If you change your mind before sending the form, email carlos.pena@rift-agency.com and you are refunded in full. Once the notes are delivered, the fee is not refundable, because the work has been done. If the notes are late (more than 48 hours after the form), you may ask for a full refund.

5. What's included on top

With the notes you receive a code for the UGC Deal Machine ($49 pack: rate card template, usage rights guide, scripts, checklist and mini contract) and a license key for the Rate Card Builder app, at no extra cost.

6. Confidentiality

Your brief, your quote, your numbers and the brand's name are not shared with anyone and are not published. Anonymized lessons (no names, no identifying details) may be used in content or in aggregated benchmarks. If you'd rather they weren't, say so in the form.
